The Key to a Good Yoga Practice

Have you ever come to class feeling a little tired or bummed out and found that when you left you felt so much better? Part of it is moving energy, breathing deeper helps, but I have always found that being totally absorbed in what I am doing, while I’m doing it resets me. What do you think?

    Yes! I feel especially energized when we do breathing exercises in class. They bring a clarity of mind and balance of energy I rarely feel doing other things. AND (also as great) there have been many times I’ve come to class on the precipice of a cold about to start into the abyss and by the end of class I’m saying good bye to the cold. Love, love, LOVE that!

    I have a tendency towards ups and downs in moods. Yoga has been a great leveler for me. Plus, when my mood is good, my sleep is better and everything looks brighter after a good nights sleep
