Online Class Schedule
Since all in-person group classes are suspended, I am offering several classes online via Zoom. The yoga tradition I teach is Viniyoga©, a gentle flow-style practice. These classes are free, although donations are appreciated via Paypal (my ID is donna@yogapeace.net) or contact me for other options.

Class Descriptions
Semi-Private Classes
Home studio classes are limited to
7 students. Less students mean more attention. Themes for classes are often based on the teachers
knowledge of individual students. Modifications are offerred specific to that knowledge. Private studio
environment is quiet, homey and calming with lot's of blankets, bolsters and other props. The classes
are often varied with practices such as restorative yoga and other yoga techniques not possible in
a large group setting.
Class Series - Cost is for a finite period of time and number of classes.
Class Cards - Cost is for 4 or 8 classes to be used over 60 or 90 days.
Adaptive
Designed for students with special physical needs. Those who attend this class enjoy various degrees of mobility: some students are able to stand easily, some are not. Some students can move to the floor while others cannot. Class is typically held in an intimate setting of 3-10 students. Donna is on the resource list of the Parkinsons’ Disease Association, Multiple Sclerosis Society
and has completed the Arthritis Foundation Training.
Beginner
For anybody who wants to do yoga: first-time students and those with more experience, students addressing chronic issues from lower back pain to post-operative surgeries, athletes who want to complement their current athletic practice, and those looking for a practice to reduce their stress. Classes are typically 8-15 students and are non-competitive. Students are encouraged to express their needs to Donna, who will adapt each class to the needs that the students express to her. First-timers receive particular attention since the biggest challenge is getting used to teacher instructions. Chairs are available for
those who need assistance getting on or off the
floor.
Intermediate
For students familiar with basic asana (postures) and who are interested in learning additional yoga practices such as pranayama, mudra, inversions, meditation, advanced relaxation (yoga nidra).
