What is Mindfulness?
Mindfulness involves paying attention to the present moment
with openness, curiosity, and a willingness to be with whatever
is happening without judgment. It is about cultivating awareness
of our thoughts, emotions, sensations, and the environment around us.
Through mindfulness meditation, one can learn to observe the patterns of the mind,
reducing stress, and fostering a sense of inner peace and well-being.

Why Practice Mindfulness?
Mindfulness, an integral part of the eight limbs of yoga, has been a cornerstone of Donna's personal practice for over two decades. Through mindfulness, she found a deeper connection to her body and mind, equipping her with the tools to savor life's joys and navigate its challenges with greater grace and clarity.
By cultivating mindfulness, individuals can meet the complexities of life, including issues like conflict, climate change, family dynamics, and health struggles, with compassion, wisdom, and resilience. Through mindfulness, one can respond to situations from a place of inner peace, free from self-judgment and unnecessary stress.
Participants in Donna's classes not only experience the essence of mindfulness through meditation but also gain valuable insights to apply in their daily lives. From enhancing self-awareness and mental clarity to improving sleep quality and decision-making abilities, mindfulness offers a holistic approach to well-being.
